Once an invoice has been paid, the event date is reserved exclusively for your event.
Because food purchasing, preparation planning, and staffing commitments begin immediately after payment, all payments are non-refundable.
Final guest counts and menu selections are the responsibility of the customer. If the guest count changes after payment has been made, Skatts BBQ will prepare food based on the confirmed invoice quantity. No refunds or reductions will be issued for decreases in guest count.
If a guest count increases, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change based on product availability and scheduling capacity, but additional service or food quantities are not guaranteed.
In certain circumstances, a client may request to move their event date. One reschedule may be considered based on availability and sufficient advance notice, but approval is not guaranteed.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
